THM Management Company offers open charge accounts 30 Day Net, 2% Discount Net 10th. We accept all major credit
cards including the American Express “ P “ Card System. Special manufacturer dating possible on volume purchases.
Product Lines / Pricing
High Volume Purchaser’s will receive Master Installer / High Volume Pricing. This equates to at or 5-10% above regular
jobber net pricing depending on the manufacturer. Our manufacturers require the customers participating in the Master
Installer / High Volume Price Program, to purchase a minimum of $2,500.00 per month on an average annual basis. THM
Management Company then receives compensation in the form of a rebate for selling at or below the designated Master
Installer / High Volume Price.

THM Management Company offers a variety of supply programs including Integrated Supply. This program has proven to
benefit businesses with normal monthly purchases of $30,000.00 or more and is customized to meet each customers
desires and expectations, with our final goal being an overall cost savings. Options to this program may include but are
not limited to:

On-Site Supply Store: All operational assets excluding property is owned and operated by THM.  All authorized
operational supplies and duties there of will be performed by this stand alone operation.

Off-Site Supply Store / Purchase Program: Requested products and services supplied to meet or exceed customers
desires and expectations. Requested back-up inventory to be stocked and delivered by a stand alone designated THM
employee. The sole purpose for this stand alone entity- service contracted customer as requested.

Product and operational expenses will be supplied at cost. A pre-negotiated net profit will be in addition to all
pre-authorized product and operational expenses. All existing customer contracts with current suppliers may or may not
be assumed by this program. All contracts may be re-negotiated in the customers best interest. THM will provide an IBS
Specialist to work with each customer and design the program that provides the desired results.
The Company Employee Discount Card Program will enable the participating company to offer a very valuable employee
benefit at no cost. This program can be customized to fit any type of government entity or private business with
professionally laminated and personalized discount cards for authorized employees. This program allows the employee
to purchase goods and services at the same volume discounts as the participating entity or company. The Company
Employee Discount Card is valid for the length of employment or as such time this program is terminated by THM
Management Company or the participating entity or company. A valid drivers license or employee photo ID badge along
with the discount card, must be presented at the time of each purchase for access to be approved. A great benefit at no
charge !
