Quick Start Instructions- Print this information and keep it for future reference

- Go to www.napaprolink.com on the web.
- Click on the box Username: under - Login located on the upper left hand margin of the page.
- Type your ID provided to you by your employer or on back of your THM Discount Card.
- Type your "Password" provided to you by your employer or THM Management Company.
- Click on the "SUBMIT" Button
On the left hand side of the screen you will notice all of the navigational links needed to take full advantage of this
program. We recommend that you click on the "Help" link and print this information. It will show you additional
benefits available not contained on this page.
Are you ready to order parts or check on prices? Let's Go!

- Click on the "New Order" link located on the left hand side of the screen
- In the "P.O. Number" Box type your full name and phone number where you can be reached.
- Click on the "Job Type" link located on the left hand side of the screen.
- Click on the "Year" of the vehicle you're working on.
- Click on the "Make" of the vehicle you're working on.
- Click on the "Model" of the vehicle you're working on.
- Click on the specific job type area in which you need parts for.
- Verify the parts list. You can add additional parts by checking the box beside the part description.
- When finished verifying the list, click one of the "Next" Buttons located at the top or at the bottom of the page.
- PROLINK may ask you what kind of drivetrain your vehicle has - 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive -if your vehicle
model was manufactured with that option available. Click on the answer.
PROLINK will now show a parts list screen with: the parts and / or products you requested, the on hand quantity of
the parts, and manufacturers list prices. The prices on the list are manufacturers list prices - NOT YOUR
DISCOUNT PRICES. Click on the ?? located on the right hand side of the order screen to see your true pricing.
- Click on the "Order Quantity" Box and add the amount of each item you require.
- After typing the quantity on the parts you desire, click the "Add Items To Order" Button located at the bottom of
the screen. It totals all ordered parts and prices for finalizing the session.
- NOTE: there may be several pages of parts that pertain to your job type. Look at the bottom of the order screen
at "Result Page" and click on any numbers located beside it to view additional parts available.
- Once you're finished selecting parts for your order, click on the "Current Order" link located on the left hand
margin of the screen. It will show you a complete list of all of the items you've ordered this session.
At this point, you will have the following options:
- Save The Order -
- Delete The Order
- Submit The Order
- Latest Availability -Orders that had been saved for future purchasing, it updates the stores on hand quantity.
If you choose to submit the order, do the following:
- Click on the "Message To Store" link located on the right hand side of the screen.
- In the message box type -" Will pickup at (type the time) on (type the day)". NOTE: Orders will be held in will
call for a maximum of 24 hours from the time the order was received.
- Click the "Update Message To Store" Button.
- Click on the "Submit This Order" link at the bottom of the screen and your order has been sent and will be
waiting for you !
PROLINK will show you a completed order at the end of a session and how it will appear to the store location. If
