For year’s THM Management Company has offered an internally funded commercial charge account program which provided
qualifying customers the benefit of grouping their monthly purchases and paying one lump sum within designated terms
and conditions. The internally funded part of our open charge account program has ran it’s course and has been made
obsolete by the creation of the credit card system.

THM Management Company has chosen to embrace the future of business finance by accepting only credit card guaranteed
open charge accounts. This system will allow all of our customers the flexibility they need from time to time and allow us to
focus on servicing our customers rather than money collection. This new secured system is now in place and ready to
accept company credit card information.

If you choose to apply for an open charge account, please fill out the following credit application and we will process it
immediately. If you choose not to, please look at the following THM Associate Discount Card Program. The benefits are
substantial, there’s no cost or obligation to use it and it will save you BIG $$$$. Ask one of our THM Service Representatives
for a free card that you can use immediately.

•        Must agree to pay within designated terms – NET 10th 2% discount / Paid in full by the 20th
•        The account must provide current company credit card information that THM is authorized to use when a payment is not received by
       the 20th of the month after mail has been checked.
•        Open charge accounts with no activity for 12 months will be considered in-active and will automatically be terminated or converted to
       the THM Discount Card Program for security.
