ECS provides services Monday through Friday - closed on certain holidays. Local
service charges begin at the pick-up point and end at the final destination. Outside
city limits service charges begin at the closest servicing dispatch point (Tri-Cities or
Connell) and end upon returning to dispatch point. All major credit cards are
accepted. Commercial customers possessing a current THM Commercial Charge
Account are allowed to apply their ECS service charges to that account if they so
choose. Service is billed at the time of the service request. Mileage is charged
according to GoogleMap calculations. Service contract and limited liability
agreement will be faxed to the customer and must be signed and returned by fax
before the service will begin. Service Cancellations - No refunds on service
cancellations once the service contract has been returned, processed and the ECS
driver has been dispatched. ECS reserves the right to choose the most efficient and
safest delivery route possible.
